Singapore Keen To Set Up Court of Arbitration for Sport

It has been reported in Singapore media that the Singapore is trying to get the Court of Arbitration for Sport to set up in Singapore. Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) was set up by the International Olympic Committee (IOC) as the international arbitral body capable of resolving disputes in the field of sports. In addition to Switzerland, the CAS has two additional courts, one at the National Dispute Resolution Center in Sydney, Australia and the other in Denver, Colorado.
