Friendship Treaty between the Law Societies of England & Wales and of Singapore
The Presidents of the Law Societies of England and Wales and of Singapore on 11 December 2003 signed a friendship treaty at a luncheon ceremony held at the Ritz Carlton Hotel.
Under the terms of the Treaty, a joint seminar must be held once a year in Singapore.
The presidents of the respective Law Societies are also to visit one another at least once in the course of the five year treaty.
